Training circus is a journey with many weird and wonderful twists and turns - we're excited for you! Here's a few things you can dive into right away!

Build your skills progressively, step by step in multi-week programs designed to give you a the absolute best start on your journey into circus! Build community with students at your level!

Do you want to taste-test a few different disciplines and go at your own pace? Check out these Drop-in classes that welcome all levels or are open to beginners. $10 pass available for your first class!



intro series

Get the absolute best start to your aerial journey! You will learn skills on Aerial Trapeze, Aerial Hoop, Aerial Hammock & Aerial Silks.

Acro Yoga

Learn to fly like a bird and base like a boss! 

Get the foundations locked & loaded to get you started on your acro journey.

Handstands are fun and accessible, and with a little bit of persistence, open up a whole new world of movement possibilities. No matter your handstand level, you will find just the right challenge for you! Handstands truly are a great practice to invest in. 


  • 1 -  no significant limitations of mobility

Movement & Soft Acro

This practice combines elements from yoga, martials arts, contemporary dance and gymnastics, to create a totally unique movement flow experience.

Core conditioning

Core strength is foundational to your ability to have more control over your body and progress in any discipline! Core conditioning class will challenge you to build that strength and accelerate your progress in a fun setting with other circus enthusiasts!

Flexibility truly is the key to feeling more free in your body, whether you are simply looking to keep your body healthy and agile or to progress your skill as an athlete or acrobat. This class will break down the mechanics of stretching techniques and help you reach further, split deeper while protecting your back and joints.

Aerial Yoga

Aerial yoga is a mixture of aerials and yoga. It's a great entry level way to try out, gently, being in the air. The hammock is kept close to the ground and becomes a swing in which to support and stretch the body in mid-air. Aerial yoga has particular benefits in strengthening and stretching the whole body, decompressing the spine, improving circulation, and lifting one's mood. Elevate your yoga practice!
