Changing the circus landscape of Victoria
Welcome to Island Circus Space! We are Victoria's first contemporary circus school and so happy to be sharing the joy of circus with this city. We teach circus classes to kids and adults alike, from beginner to advanced. No matter your skill level, we've got something fun in store for you!
Island Circus Space strives to build a contemporary circus infrastructure for Victoria that enables the community to make art, be physically active, collaborate and develop professional talent and shows.
We strive for much more than just teaching our students circus; we strive to help facilitate the growth of a community of active and creative individuals who share a common goal in circus and beyond.
Our space
Our facility is fully outfitted with padded flooring and top-of-the-line engineered and custom-built steel beams with seven pulley aerial points and a spotting belt.
We have our main studio for aerial classes and specialty classes, and our upper loft for general ground and floor-based classes.
Safety is our priority and we are sure to provide mats for all of our aerial disciplines and work smart progressions to ensure that everyone learns in a safe and supportive environment.
