    Our most popular option delivers a dynamic featured show with multiple artists and seamless transitions between choreographed acts, creating a powerful centerpiece and lasting memories for your event.

    $2200 + GST:
    6 performers, plus 1 emcee
    60-minute featured show

    Bring your event to life with breathtaking aerial performances and engaging ground acts that unfold seamlessly, adding magic and energy alongside the other aspects of your event. .

    $1500 + GST:
    3 performers
    3 hours onsite
    Breaks between ambient sets

  • Roving

    Surprise and engage guests with interactive roving performances, including handstands, juggling, flow arts, acrobatics, or character acts that spark curiosity, invite play, and bring a unique element to your event.

    $1000 + GST:
    2 performers

Booking a Performance

Whether you're planning a community event, a private party, or a corporate function, we would be honored to bring our unique brand of circus magic to your occasion.

To book a performance, simply reach out to us by completing this Performance Request Form which will include:

  • Event date and location

  • Type of event (community, private, corporate)

  • Desired performance duration and any specialty requests

  • Your event's budget

Once we have this information, we'll work with you to create a custom performance package that fits your needs and exceeds your expectations.

FAQs

  • To book with us, simply fill out the Performance Request Form or reach out to us at gigs@islandcircusspace.com

    All details we need are in the Request Form :)

  • Yes — we have a portable aerial rig that requires 18-20ft clearance for indoor spaces (It can go as low as 16ft if needed).

    When you submit your event details, please include venue layout, ceiling heights, and any other details notes so we can plan accordingly!

  • No, we do not require additional insurance from you!

    We carry our own liability insurance, and we can add special events (gigs) to our insurance policy.

  • We love performing outdoors!

    That said, sometimes the weather isn’t our friend, so we prioritize safety for our performers and work with each outdoor event if there are concerns about the weather.

    We’ll coordinate with you ahead of time to assess risks and adjust our acts accordingly.

  • We understand that events can change, and have our standard policies as follows:

    • If, with 14 days’ notice, either party cancels the event, there will be no penalty for either party.  

    • If, within 14 days of the event, for reasons other than a force majeure event:

      • ICS cancels the event, and ICS will refund any payments made.

      • If the Client cancels the event, the Client may be liable for up to 25% of the Total Fee.

    • Cancellations due to Force Majeure Events will not result in penalties for either party.
